Ms Joanna Papuzińska is a living icon of Polish literature for children. Since her debut in the 1950s, she has written books, short stories and most of all, poems for children of various ages. Many generations of Polish children grew up reading her books. I too have been raised on her stories and it's a pleasure for me to see that my own children love them as well.
